My bad habit

When I study in the evening, I like to lie on my desk with my head on my arms if I feel tired. Sometimes I can sleep up to two hours. The bad habit once even posed a danger to my waist.
Because my posture has been bad for a long time, my pelvis crooked last year. Even walking could be a hard thing for me!I suffered a lot of pain for the habit.
I can never imagine a bad habit can almost kill me. In order to hurt my waist no longer, now I need to study and walk at the same time when I am weary. Or I can take a shower to keep awake. A simple change can really influence one’s life a lot and helps me break the bad habit.
